The number one popular menu item is the tsukemen, which is also popular at their main store in Nagoya. The smooth, chewy, and easy-to-slurp thick noodles are a perfect match for the rich seafood and pork bone dipping sauce! The option to enjoy the rich soup to the very end with a zosui set is also a great point.
You can’t talk about “Fujiyama 55’s” tsukemen without mentioning the final zosui. Making rice porridge with the remaining dipping sauce, rice, and a raw egg is an exquisite dish packed with rich umami. Even if you’re full, it’s so delicious you’ll find yourself finishing it all.
