They also offer several types of pasta sauces, made to order and delivered to your table! I ordered the Bolognese in the photo!
I was happy to see a great variety of salads, including three of the hotel’s original creations and a separate salad bar!

They had salmon and tuna sushi, and the fish was very tasty. The rice was a bit mushy… but it was forgivable.
The dessert selection was also very extensive! They even had traditional Indonesian desserts. By the way, what I thought was strawberry daifuku turned out to be an Indonesian dessert with a caramel-like filling.

As far as I know, the Hyatt hotel in Yogyakarta has the largest hotel pool in the city.
The main attraction is the water slide!
The pool area is very spacious, and there are plenty of benches in the shade, so you can relax comfortably!
There’s also a heated jacuzzi!

The facility also has a half-course golf course, with a jogging track around it.
There was also an area with a few animals like turtles, a slackline, a retro playground corner, and a sandbox for children. Many families with kids were visiting.

So, what did you think of the introduction to the weekly Sunday brunch at the Hyatt hotel?
I had a full lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, played in the pool from 1:00 to 2:30 PM, and then went back for more food from 2:30 to 3:00 PM…
After 3:00 PM, I relaxed by the poolside with a book, ordered a separate beer… and had a wonderful Sunday!
